Froala offers both annual subscriptions and perpetual licenses for our Professional and Enterprise editions. All licenses include 12 months of software updates and technical support.
With an annual subscription, you're entitled to use Froala for the duration of one year. For perpetual licenses, you can continue using the version of Froala available at the time your license expires indefinitely. However, to access versions released after your license expiration date, renewal is required.
For example, if your license expired on 10/1/19 and you chose not to renew, you would still have access to all versions released prior to 10/1/19. However, versions released after this date would require a license renewal to access. Renewals come with an additional 12 months of software updates and support, often at a discounted rate.
